3/4 cup | JIF creamy peanut butter |
1/2 cup | CRISCO all vegetable shortening |
1 1/4 cups | firmly packed light brown sugar |
3 tbs | whole milk |
1 tbs | vanilla extract |
1 large | or xtra large egg |
1 3/4 cups | PILLSBURY all purpose flour |
3/4 tsp | sea salt |
3/4 tsp | baking soda |
Heat oven to 375. Combine peanut butter,shortening,brown sugar,milk,and vanilla in a large bowl.combine flour,salt and baking soda, add to creamed mixture. Mix until blended add egg continue mix until blended slowly add dry mixture.drop by spoonfuls and then flatten with fork in crisscross pattern. Dust with granulated sugar,bake at 375 for 7-8 min until golden brown cool 2 min before removing from cookie sheet.
