3 | eggs |
Pinch | salt |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
Separate the eggs.
Beat the egg whites together with the salt until very stiff.
Whisk the yolks together with the baking powder and cream cheese.
Fold the the two mixtures into each other.
Make six to eight rolls/patties and place on a baking tray.
Bake for 25 minutes at 150'.
