Tuna Poke Salad

1/3 cup | shoyu |
1/3 cup | honteri mirin sweet cooking seasoning |
1/3 cup | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | rice vinegar |
1 tsp | sriracha |
Sushi ginger | |
Shredded carrots | |
Julienned cucumbers | |
Sliced avocado |
Toss ahi and lettuce. Mix shoyu, seasoning, lemon, vinegar, and sriracha. Plate all. Cover with dressing.
