Cauliflower Casserole

| 1 head (very large/pre-cook) | |
| 1 can | cream of celery soup |
| 1/4 lb. | sharp cheese grated |
| 1/4 cup | milk if using large head |
Mix soup, cheese, milk together
Stir in cauliflower
Put in lightly greased 1.5 qt. casserole
Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs on top
Dot with butter
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
