3 thin-cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces or strips | |
1/3 cup | frozen snow peas |
1/3 cup | asparagus tips |
1/3 cup | thinly sliced carrot |
1/4 medium | onion, cut into bite-size pieces or strips |
2 tablespoon | sliced almonds |
2 teaspoons | reduced-sodium soy sauce |

DIRECTIONS Heat the oil and pepper flakes in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
