Marinated Flank Steak

2 lb. | flank steak |
1/3 cup | fresh lime juice |
3 T. | honey |
1 T. | ketchup |
1 tsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
1 clove | garlic, minced |
½ tsp. | grated lime rind |
Combine all ingredients for marinade and pour over steak; refrigerate covered for 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Grill steak 3-5 minutes per side, basting frequently. Let steak “rest” for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
