Cheesy Hashbrowns

32 ounces | frozen hash browns, partially thawed |
16 ounce | sour cream |
8 ounces | shredded Colby |
4 ounces | shredded Monterey Jack |
1/2 cup | chopped onion |
1/2 cup | chopped green pepper |
2 ounces | sliced pimientos, drained |
1 tbsp | chicken bouillon |
Combine, except 1/2 cup cheese. Add to buttered 9x13 dish. Bake 350 for 60 minutes. Top with cheese. Back 5-10 minutes.
