Clam chowder

1 stick | unsalted butter |
1 cup | chopped onions |
1 cup | chopped celery |
1 cup | flour |
4 cups | heated clam juice |
2 1/2 oz | salted pork big chunk |
2 clam boullianan cubes | |
12 oz | chopped clams |
Put butter onions celery in pan. Sautéed until translucent
Add flour
Add clam juice. Should be thick
Add pork
Add clam boullianan cubes
Add clams
Cook twenty minutes
If too thick add more clam juice
Add two cups potatoes. Boiled cubed
Remove pork add 1 pint of half and half cream
Simmer
