5.68 litres | diced tomatoes |
2 large | onions diced |
2 | red pepper diced |
2 | green pepper diced |
400 ml | canned hot peppers |
1/4 cup | vinegar |
Garlic powder, pepper and cilantro to taste |
Mix everything together in pot. Cook on medium for 1 1/2 hours stirring often. Pour in sterilized jars while hot. Boil lids and cap jars.
