Pork chops with apples and craisins

Fall Pork Chops with Apple & Craisins Stove top stuffing. 6 pork loin chops, trimmed of fat Non-stick cooking spray | |
1/4t | salt |
1/4t | pepper |
2 medium | tart apples, (cored and sliced – Granny Smith rec’d) |
1/2 c | dried cranberries |
1/4c | brown sugar |
1/8t | pumpkin pie spice |
Prepare stuffing as directed. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish and set aside.
In a large skillet prepared with non-stick spray, brown pork chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange over the stuffing. Combine the apples, cranberries, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice; spoon over pork. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and meat juices run clear.
