PIMIENTO CHEESE SPREAD

3 ounces | cream cheese, softened |
4 ounces (about 1 cup) | sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
4 ounces (about 1 cup) | Monterey Jack cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup | mayonnaise |
3 T | chopped pimiento |
1 tsp | grated onion |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | garlic powder |
Freshly ground black pepper | |
Celery sticks | |
crackers, alternative |
In a food processor (I use a mixer) process the cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients except celery sticks or crackers; pulse until combined. Serve with celery, other veggies, or crackers.
