| 1/4 cup | butter |
| 6 | apples peeled and cut |
| 2 teaspoons | cornstarch |
| 1/2 cup | cold water |
| 3/4 cup | brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | ground cinnamon |
Melt butter in large sauce pan over medium heat, add apples cook for 7/8 min or until soft
Dissolve cornstarch in cold water then add to pot, then add in brown sugar and cinnamon and raise heat, boil for 3-4 min stirring at all times.
Lower heat and cook for 10 more min
