Ingredients:

1/2 Lb. Bacon, thin cut, minced
1 Lb. Ground Pork Butt
2 Cloves Garlic, grated
1 T. Parsley, fresh minced
1 tsp. Ginger, grated, peeled
1 tsp. Sugar
2 T. Soya Sauce
Salt and Pepper
4 Stalks Lemon grass cut into 12 4 inch sticks
Sweet Chili Sauce for Dipping

Method:
1. Preheat broiler lightly mix the bacon, ground pork, garlic, parsley
ginger, sugar and soyal sauce in a l;arge bowl. Season with salt and
pepper.
2. Dampen your hands and form the meat into 12 balls. Thread a piece of
lemon grass half way through each ball. Press the meat mixture down the
stalk to form a sausage-like shape, leaving some of the stalk uncovered
for the handle.
3. Put the pops on a foil-lined broiler pan and broil until golden brown 3-4
minutes per side. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
