Chicken and rice soup. (Donna Griffith)

1 | whole chicken |
Water to cover chicken 8 bullion cubes | |
2 | carrots |
3 | celery stalks |
1 whole onion quartered | |
2 cans | whole tomatoes |
Add water to large soup pot. Add chicken, bullion cubes, carrots, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil and cook until chicken is done.
Let chicken cool and take meat off the bone. Wash the chicken off in cold water. Throw away celery and mask carrots.
Cook 1 1/2 cups rice. Add to the chicken and add 2 cans whole tomatoes
