Crispy cheddar chicken bake

2lb | chicken, ( breast or tenders) |
2 sleeves ritz crackers | |
1/4t | salt |
1/8t | pepper |
1/2C | milk |
3C | cheddar cheese, (shredded) |
1t | dried parsley |
Sauce | |
1 10oz can | cream of chicken soup |
2T | sour cream |
2T | butter |
Mix salt and pepper with crackers, dip chicken in milk then cheese and then crackers. Spray 9 x 13 dish lay chicken in it and sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 35 min. Remove foil and bake another 10 to 15 min longer or till edges of chicken are golden brown.
