| 2 tbsp | fat free Parmesan |
| 2 tsp | paprika |
| 2 tsp | thyme |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1/2 tsp | red pepper |
| 2/3 cup | buttermilk |
| Chicken breasts | |
| Olive | |
| canola oil, alternative |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Place buttermilk in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken into buttermilk, then into breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken breast side up. Spray with oil. Bake for 40 minutes or until done
