Fish marinade

| 1/4 cup | pure maple syrup or honey |
| 1/4 cup | soy sauce |
| 2-3 cloves | minced garlic |
| 12 oz | fresh or thawed fish |
Combine first 3 ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag, shake it up, then add fish. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour, turning after half an hour. Pour entire contents into a baking dish and bake at 350 covered with foil for 15 minutes.
