Quiche aux champignons

| 300 g | champignons de Paris |
| 1 pot | mascarpone |
| 3 | œufs |
| 1 | pâte brisée |
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Pelez et émincés les champignons. Faites les revenir 10 min avec un peu d huile.
Melangez le mascarpone avec les œufs, salez et poivrez. Ajoutez les champignons.
Étalez la pâte brisée dans un moule à tarte. Versez la préparation. Enfournez pour 35 min.
