Apples 'N Pork Chops

1/4 tsp. | salt |
1/4 tsp. | sage |
2 cups | apples, sliced |
3/4 | brown sugar |
3/4,cup molasses | |
3 Tbs. | Flour |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1 cup | water |
1 Tbs. | Vinegar |
Sprinkle porky chops with salt and sage and brown in skillet. Arrange in baking dish. Pour apples over pork chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Drizzle molasses over apples. In smaller bowl mix flour, salt, water, and vinegar into a smooth paste. Pour this into hot fat left in skillet and bring to a boil. Pour over chops and apples. Cover baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven one hour.
