Far ammorbidire le cipolle a filetti con l'olio, aggiungere poi il baccalà infarinato a pezzetti e far rosolare
Aggiungere tutto il latte e coprire
Fare un trito di acciughe, aglio e prezzemolo e aggiungerlo al baccalà, mescolando smuovendo la pentola per non rompere il pesce
