margarine, alternative | |
4 tablespoons | flour |
2 cups | milk |
Melt butter in a saucepan
Remove from heat and mix in the flour, using a wooden spoon
Add a little of the milk and mix well
Return to heat and gradually add milk, stirring all the time
Boil for 2 to 3 minutes
