-1 repolho médio
-1 cebola grande
-1 colher de gengibre ralado
-1/2 copo de azeite
-1 copo de shoyu
Pique o repolho grosso ou corte pedaços com a mão rasgando as
folhas (evite os talos), coloque na travessa. Em uma panela
aqueça o azeite, doure a cebola, acrescente o gengibre e deixe
dourar um pouco. Ainda bem quente, jogue esta mistura sobre o
repolho, acrescente o shoyu e mexa. É maravilhoso!
