EGGNOG

    6  Eggs
    1 c  sugar-I use superfine
    1 qt  light cream
    1 c  rum- we mix dark rum and bourbon to taste
    1/2 tsp  salt

In electric mixer---
Beat eggs until very light and foamy
Add sugar and salt
Beat until very thick and lemon in color
Stir in cream, rum and bourbon

Chill 3 hours
Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg
For extra fun and presentation can wet the edge of the glasses and dip into nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar mixture
