Rice and Broccoli Cheese Casserole

| 1 medium size package | chopped frozen broccoli cooked, (microwaved) |
| 1 cup | cooked rice |
| 1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 can | cream of chicken soup |
| 1/2 cup | chopped onion |
| 1/2 cup | chopped celery |
| 4 tbsp | melted butter |
| 1 8oz jar | chez whiz |
Sauté onion and celery in melted butter. Meanwhile; Combine chez whiz, soups, cooked broccoli and cooked rice over low heat until mixed together. Add in sautéed onion and celery mixture, and stir to combine. Pour into a 9x12 greased baking dish baked at 350• 30min.
