      HOT BEANS
Clean Beans and cut Beans to uniform length. Pack Beans into jar to within 1/2 inch from the top. Into the jar, on top of the Beans, add the following: 1/4 teaspoon Dill Seed 3-4 peeled garlic cloves
    1/8 teaspoon  Cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt

Make a brine solution of 2 1/2 quarts of water and 2 1/2 quarts of cider vinegar.
Bring the solution to a boil and turn down the flame so it continues to simmer gently.
Do one jar at a time until all jars are prepared.
Pour brine solution into jar of beans up to 1/4 inch from the top.
Do not pour brine into all prepared jars and then seal. Do one at a time.
Wipe the rim of the jar clean. (Have lids and seals in hot water ready to go after boiling them)
Put lid and seal on jar and place jar into hot water bath.
After all jars are sitting in hot water bath, bring water to a boil.
Process all jars together for 10 minutes.
Remove jars and place on a towel to cool. Lids pop down when properly sealed.
Stick somewhere (basement) for 3 - 4 weeks and then eat them.
If a jar or two doesn’t seal, place the jar(s) in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 weeks.
