Whole berry Cranberry sauce w orange

1lb 8 oz | fresh cranberries, washed, drained and stems removed. |
4.5 cups | sugar |
3 cups | boiling water |
1.5 tsp | grated orange peel |
Combine cranberries with remaining ingredients in large saucepan. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. Simmer, covered for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes
Simmer, covered another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate until we'll chilled, several hours or overnight. Serve or freeze until needed.
