Beets with Orange Sauce

Use shoestring beets or tiny whole beets. Serve with orange sauce. | |
1 C | orange sauce |
1/3 C | sugar |
2 T | cornstarch |
1 T | butter |
1/8 t | salt |
Combine sugar, salt, and cornstarch, mixing well. Add orange juice and butter and cook 5 minutes or until thick in top of double boiler.
