4 green bananas cut into small cubes | |
1 tablespoon | refrito |
1 handful | chopped cilantro |
4 ounces | quesillo |
3 oregano branches chopped | |
Avocado |
Soak peas the day before in water. Cook them in boiling water until soft. Boil water separately and cook the green bananas. Then, add the peas, salt, and refrito. Boil another 30 mins. Add quesillo, cilantro, and oregano. Boil 5 mins then remove from heat. Add avocado for garnish.
