Frozen Hot Chocolate

3 oz | milk chocolate, roughly chopped |
2 tsp | cocoa powder |
2 tbsp | powdered sugar |
1 1/2 cup | milk, divided |
Dash | salt |
3 cups | ice |
Garnishes
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt and 1/2 cup milk, stirring as the chocolate melts so that the whole thing becomes a smooth chocolate base.
Cool completely to room temp. Or put in airtight container in fridge to use for later.
When ready to drink, put chocolate base in blender and add remaining 1 cup milk and the ice. Blend until thoroughly combined and slushy.
