Table spoon of onion about minced. Chop off large bottle of dried beef about the size of your nuckle. Fry that in butter and olive oil. Medium heat. Once appear fried add three cups of milk. Two droops or three small of Wooster sauce. One sprinkle of garlic powder. Small pinch of basil. Fourth of teaspoon of powdered bouton or jell. Couple teaspoons very finely minced celery. Use tender part of stalks or middle part. 3/4 c milk in cup and six tablespoons of corn starch. Don't let milk bowl but while hot cooking add half and stir. See how thick it is and add little by little. My need to add a little more corn starch or milk. While still warm let cook for a minute. Make sure dissolved before this. Add teaspoon or so of butter. Chicken bouton may be added. Go by taste. |
