Fancy Lemon Salad

| 1/4 cup | fresh squeezed lemon juice |

| pepper | |
| 3 cloves | minced garlic |
| 3/4 cup | veg. Oil |
| Mix above ingredients with fork or whisk and refrig. For 3-4 hours | |
| 1 Lb. | Bacon fried and crumbled |
| 2 cups | cherry tomatoes |
| 2/3 cups | slivered almonds optional |
| 1 box | croutons |
| Romaine lettuce | |
| 1/3 cup | shredded Parmesan cheese |
Toss together and add croutons and dressing just before serving.
