| 1 cup | Flour |
| 3/4 cup | Yellow Corn Meal |
| 1/3 cup | Sugar |
| 3 tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1/2 | Salt |
| 1 cup | Milk |
| 1 Egg beaten well | |
| 2 tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
| or Melted Shortening heated in iron skillet | |
| 1 14.75oz Can | Cream Corn |
Mix ingredients through salt. Add in
milk, egg, and oil blend well add cream corn if using. Pour into pan bake for 20-30 @425 or until golden brown.
