1/2 c | brown sugar |
1/2 c | powdered sugar |
1 c | butter |
1 | egg |
1/2 tsp | almond flavoring |
2 c | flour, (save out 2 Tbsp to use later while kneading dough) |
Mix all above ingredients to form soft dough. Knead well on cutting board, adding reserved 2 Tbsp flour as needed for tackiness. Knead until dough is no longer sticky.
Cool dough 10 minutes
Press dough into tins. Use flour as necessary on fingers for this process.
Bake at 350 10-12 minutes
