First brown one pound of chuck hamburger 80% lean. While browning, add one red onion cut into about 1/4 inch squares Brown until a little crisp, about ten minutes or slightly longer! Add cans. Add chilli powders (2 one hot Mexican and one regular chili powder) one tablespoon of each, cumin (1/4 a teaspoon), salt to taste and Tabasco (about 1/2 teaspoon, taste it.
Bring to a boil and then lower heat to very low.
