BUTTER - compound butter for turkey

Compound Butter Ingredients | |
1 stick | unsalted butter, softened |
½ teaspoon | garlic powder |
½ teaspoon | dried sage |
½ teaspoon | dried thyme |
½ teaspoon | dried rosemary |
¼ teaspoon | salt |
¼ teaspoon | black pepper |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place mixture in the center of a large piece of plastic wrap, fold the plastic over and press the butter into a cylinder shape. Twist the ends to seal and freeze until solid.
Slice into 1/4 inch coins and return to the freezer until ready to use.
