2 cups | water |
1 1/2 cups | dried apricots, (chopped) |
1/4 cup | sugar |
1/4 cup | light raisins, (optional) |
Cream together: | |
1 cup | butter |
1 1/2 cups | sugar |
1 8 oz pkg | cream cheese |
4 | eggs |
Stir in cooled fruit mixture add 2 1/4 cups flour and 1 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Pour into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours
