1/4 c | warm water |
1/8 c | sugar |
2 tsp | yeast |
1/4 c | oil |
1 | egg |
1/2 tsp | salt |
3 1/4 c | flour |
Add yeast and sugar to warm water. Allow yeast to start dissolving. Mix in oil and egg. Mix in salt. Mix in flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough pulls away from side of bowl. Spread flour on counter and roll dough out until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Let sit until dough starts to rise and then cut dough to desired sizes. Fry in at least 2 inches of oil.
