WW Zero Calorie Salsa

1/2 tsp | salt |
1 medium | clove |
2 | garlic minced, alternative |
1 large | tomato finely chopped |
1 small | onion |
3 tbsp | cilantro |
2 tsp | lime juice |
On cutting board sprinkle salt over garlic. Mash to a paste with flat side of knife. In bowl, combine mashed garlic, tomato, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Let stand for half hour before hand serving. If your onion is especially strong, rinse with cold water to help take out the bitterness.
