| 1 large | family size chicken & rice soup |
| 1 can | rotel |
| 1-2 | chicken breast, cooked and diced |
| Add some chicken broth for a thinner soup | |
| 2 cups | shredded velvetta |
Bring to a boil and then turn down and simmer for 15 minutes. Add velvetta but so not boil again.
