| 1 8-oz pkg | cream cheese, softened |
| 1 8-oz carton | sour cream |
| 4 Tbs | milk |
| ¼ tsp | garlic powder |
| ½ tsp | freshly ground black pepper |
| 4 | scallions, chopped |
| 1 sm. jar | dried beef, chopped |
| 1 can | chopped jalapeño peppers, or green chiles |
| chopped pecans |
1 Mix cream cheese with all ingredients and spread into a flat baking dish. Top with a sprinkling of chopped pecans.
2 Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
3 Serve hot with fritos or tortilla chips.
