Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 tsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |

1/4 cup | grated parm |
Preheat oven to 350. Put brussels sprouts in cast iron frying pan. Toss in the garlic. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Toss with oil so sprouts are well coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast on top rack for 20 mins. Stir. Cook another 10 mins. Sprinkle with parm and cook another 5 mins.
