1/4 tsp | salt |
Preheat oven to 350.
Trim off bottoms. Outer leaves should fall off easily. Trim bottom again, removing more leaves. Toss leaves with olive oil and salt and place in single layer on baking sheet.
Roast for 10 mins then check. Stir. Continue to roast and check every few mins.
