| 6lb | apples, (mixed if want) |
| -peel and core the apples -Put apples in bowl cut up | |
| Juice of 2 | oranges |
| Orange zest | |
| Juice from 1 | lemon |
| Lemon zest | |
| -mix together in a oven safe pot ADD | |
| 1/2 cup | brown sugar |
| 4 table spoons butter | |
| 2 teaspoons | cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoon | allspice |
-Lay a couple of red peels on top for color
-put in oven with lid until apples are fully cooked
