| 800 gr | mele |
| 1 | limone |
| 100 gr | burro |
| 150 gr | zucchero |
| 3 | uova |
| 250 gr | farina |
| 1 bustina | lievito |
Procedimento
Prendere gli 800 gr di mele da tagliare a fettine e mettere a macerare con il limone, lavorare 100 gr di burro con 150 gr di zucchero aggiungere 3 uova, setacciare 250 gr di farina e 1 bustina di lievito e aggiungere, infine mettere il liquido delle mele e le mele disposte ordinatamente infornare a 190° per 50 min.
Quando è freddo cospargere di zucchero a velo provatela è buonissima.
