| 1lbs | hamburger,, (brown & drain) |
| 2 qt. | water,, (4 pints) |
| 4 cups | Beef broth, (32 oz) |
| 1 large | onion,, (chopped) |
| 1 pkg. (32 oz) | Mixed yeggie |
| 2 cans (28 oz) | diced tomatoes,, (no salt) |
| 1 small can | tomato paste |
| 4 sticks | celery,, (chopped) |
| 1 tbsp | oregano |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Basel |
| 1/2 tsp | thyme |
| 3/4 cup | Orzo |
Brown & drain hamburger.
In large pot, add all but the orzo, bring to a boil, reduce heat simmer (20-25 min.)
Add orzo cook 15 min. Serve
