Cone Brownies

1 packet | fudge brownie mix, (13" X 9" pan size) |
17 ice-cream cake cones (2 3/4" high) | |
1 cup (6 ounces) | semisweet chocolate chip |
1 tbsp | shortening |
Coloured sprinkles
Prepare brownie batter following package instructions, using 3 eggs. Place cones in muffin cups. Spoon about 3 tbsp batter into each cone. Bake at 350degrees for 25-30mins or until toothpick comes out clean and top is dry (do not overbake). Cool completely. In microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stir until smooth. Dip tops of brownies in melted chocolate, allow access to drip off. Decorate with sprinkles.
