Sweet and spicy pork ribs

2 lbs. | Pork spare ribs |
2 tsp | Old Bay seasoning |
1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
1 tsp | paprika |
1/2 tsp | chili powder |
4 tbsp | brown sugar |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Rinse and dry ribs. Mix together the next 4 ingredients and rub on both sides of ribs.
Cover both sides with brown sugar. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, then reduce temperature to 250 degrees and cook for 45 minutes.
The brown sugar will melt into the spices and form a delicious crust.
