Shrimp Mold

1 can shrimp, chopped, 1 cup celery, finely chopped, 3 tbsp onion top and parsley, 2 boiled eggs, chopped, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 & 1/2 pkg Knox gelatin. Heat to boiling: 2 tbsp lemon juice, 12 ounce can v-8 juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Dissolve Knox gelatin in shrimp juice then add to heated mixture. Cool mixture and add all other ingredients. Pour into mold and refrigerate until jelled. |
