    One half  large onion, sliced
    One small  yellow pepper, sliced
    One small  orange pepper, sliced
    Two small  zucchini, sliced in quarters
    One cup  green beans, sliced in 2 inch pieces
    2 cups  thinly sliced beef
    2 cups  cooked rice
    1/2 cup  peanut sauce
    4 tablespoons  hoison sauce
    1/2 cup  beef broth

Sauté onion, peppers and zucchini until soft, 3 to 4 minutes

Cook green beans until crisp tender, 5 to 7 minutes

Remove vegetables to bowl. Sauté beef in 1 tablespoon oil, two minutes

Add peanut sauce, hoison sauce and beef broth. Add vegetables heat until warm. Serve over rice.
