Pumpkin Cookies w/ Almond Flour

1 1/2 cups | almond flour |
1 | egg |
4 tablespoons | honey |
1/2 cup | pumpkin puree |
2 tablespoons | butter, melted |
1 tablespoon | pumpkin pie spice |
1/2 teaspoon | baking powder |
pinch | salt |
1 cup mini | chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed. Spoon dollops of the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the cookies have set. Cool slightly before serving.
